But we will get the job done quickly and correctly, the first time. Other companies will give you low bids then flood you with change orders that can double and even triple the final cost. While we can't guarantee no change orders as we can't foresee the unforeseen, but we will promise to do our best to accurately estimate your project based on the information that we are given. We will be honest about cost and expectations. More than cost conscious, our team of construction workers are experts in their areas and delivering a high quality outcome that you can be proud of and enjoy.

"Last year, fire broke out in our garage and we had to evacuate in the middle of the night. Thankfully we were able to evacuate, but the damage was extensive (over 1MM). I texted Robert at 7am asking if he could at least get the remaining walls boarded up and the property fenced, and by noon that same day his guys were there with plywood and fencing to protect our home. The next day they brought in heavy duty air purifiers to clean the air and his guys cleaned the ventilation so we could breathe clean air in the livable areas. We actually stayed in our home, in one room, during the construction. He helped us through the entire process including referring his personal architect, then he helped to fast-track the permit process and quickly start construction. During massive LA storms, Laurel Canyon lost power for several days. Robert himself brought over his backup generator so that we had enough power to plug in our refrigerator, have lights, heaters, plus our computers and TV. Once everything dried out, his guys helped to clear the water that leaked in, then fortify our house in order to avoid such a stressful situation from happening again. As a couple in our 70s and 80s, having a dependable and kind contractor concierge on our side makes such a difference in our daily peace of mind.
